1. Aceptación de los términos
Al contratar los servicios de Konla Corp o al usar la plataforma KCShipping (app.konla.net), aceptás estos Términos de Servicio y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna de estas condiciones, no uses el servicio. Si usás el servicio en nombre de una empresa, declarás tener autoridad para aceptar estos términos por ella.
2. Descripción del servicio
Konla Corp es una empresa de logística (3PL) y tecnología fundada en 2015, con sede en Florida, Estados Unidos. Ofrecemos dos servicios complementarios:
- Servicios de logística (3PL): recepción y almacenamiento de inventario, preparación de pedidos, impresión de labels y facturas, empaquetamiento, entrega al correo y seguimiento de envíos, bajo una tarifa flat por despacho.
- Plataforma KCShipping (SaaS): un CRM y sistema de envíos multi-cliente en el que cada negocio gestiona sus clientes, cotizaciones, órdenes, facturas, envíos y conversaciones, con aislamiento de datos por cliente.
3. Cuentas y acceso
Para usar KCShipping necesitás una cuenta. Sos responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Las cuentas nuevas pueden requerir aprobación antes de activarse. Debés proporcionar información veraz y mantenerla actualizada. Notificanos de inmediato a info@konla.net si sospechás un uso no autorizado de tu cuenta.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometés a usar el servicio únicamente para fines legales y de acuerdo con estos términos. En particular, no está permitido:
- Enviar productos prohibidos o restringidos por ley o por las políticas de las empresas de transporte (materiales peligrosos, sustancias ilegales, etc.).
- Usar los canales de mensajería integrados (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) para spam, mensajes no solicitados o en violación de las políticas de Meta.
- Intentar acceder a datos de otros clientes de la plataforma, vulnerar la seguridad del sistema o usar el servicio para desarrollar productos competidores.
- Revender o sublicenciar el acceso a la plataforma sin autorización escrita de Konla Corp.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones.
5. Servicios de envío y transportistas
Los envíos se realizan a través de empresas de transporte y correo (por ejemplo USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Los tiempos de entrega, tarifas de transporte y condiciones de reclamo por pérdida o daño están sujetos a los términos de cada transportista. Konla Corp gestiona la compra de labels y el seguimiento, pero no controla la operación de los transportistas. Sos responsable de la exactitud de las direcciones y datos de envío que proporcionás.
6. Tarifas y pagos
Los servicios de logística se facturan según la tarifa flat por despacho acordada con cada cliente. Los costos de envío y los cargos de la plataforma se detallan en tu facturación. Los precios pueden ajustarse con aviso previo razonable. Las facturas vencidas pueden resultar en la suspensión del servicio hasta regularizar el pago.
7. Tus datos
Los datos que cargás en KCShipping (clientes, órdenes, conversaciones) son tuyos. Los procesamos únicamente para prestarte el servicio, con aislamiento por cliente, tal como se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad. Al terminar la relación comercial, podés solicitar la exportación o eliminación de tus datos escribiendo a info@konla.net.
8. Canales de mensajería (Meta)
KCShipping permite conectar páginas de Facebook y otros canales de Meta para gestionar conversaciones con tus clientes. Al conectar estos canales, aceptás cumplir también con los términos y políticas de Meta aplicables (incluyendo las políticas de la plataforma Messenger). Sos responsable del contenido de los mensajes que enviás a través de tu página conectada.
9. Propiedad intelectual
La plataforma KCShipping, su código, diseño, marcas y contenido son propiedad de Konla Corp. Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la plataforma mientras dure la relación comercial. Nada en estos términos te transfiere derechos de propiedad sobre el software.
10. Disponibilidad del servicio
Trabajamos para mantener la plataforma disponible y funcionando, pero no garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido ni libre de errores. Podemos realizar mantenimientos programados y actualizaciones. El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" (as is) y "según disponibilidad" (as available).
11. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total de Konla Corp por cualquier reclamo derivado del servicio se limita al monto pagado por el cliente en los tres (3) meses anteriores al hecho que originó el reclamo. Konla Corp no será responsable por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos, ni por demoras, pérdidas o daños atribuibles a los transportistas o a plataformas de terceros (incluyendo Meta).
12. Terminación
Podés dejar de usar el servicio en cualquier momento. Konla Corp puede suspender o terminar el acceso por incumplimiento de estos términos, falta de pago o uso indebido, notificándote cuando sea razonable. Las secciones sobre datos, propiedad intelectual y limitación de responsabilidad sobreviven a la terminación.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de la Florida, Estados Unidos, sin dar efecto a sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes del condado de St. Lucie, Florida.
14. Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos cuando sea necesario. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuado del servicio después de un cambio implica su aceptación.

By engaging Konla Corp's services or using the KCShipping platform (app.konla.net), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the service
Konla Corp is a logistics (3PL) and technology company founded in 2015, based in Florida, United States. We offer two complementary services:
- Logistics services (3PL): inventory receiving and storage, order preparation, label and invoice printing, packaging, carrier drop-off, and shipment tracking, under a flat per-shipment fee.
- The KCShipping platform (SaaS): a multi-tenant CRM and shipping system where each client business manages its customers, quotes, orders, invoices, shipments, and conversations, with per-tenant data isolation.
3. Accounts and access
You need an account to use KCShipping. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. New accounts may require approval before activation. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at info@konla.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not:
- Ship products prohibited or restricted by law or by carrier policies (hazardous materials, illegal substances, etc.).
- Use the integrated messaging channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) for spam, unsolicited messages, or in violation of Meta's policies.
- Attempt to access other clients' data, compromise the security of the system, or use the service to build competing products.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without Konla Corp's written authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Shipping services and carriers
Shipments are handled through shipping and postal carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Delivery times, carrier rates, and claim conditions for loss or damage are subject to each carrier's terms. Konla Corp manages label purchasing and tracking but does not control carrier operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses and shipping information you provide.
6. Fees and payments
Logistics services are billed at the flat per-shipment rate agreed with each client. Shipping costs and platform charges are itemized in your billing. Prices may be adjusted with reasonable prior notice. Overdue invoices may result in service suspension until payment is settled.
7. Your data
The data you enter into KCShipping (customers, orders, conversations) belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service, with per-tenant isolation, as described in our Privacy Policy. When the business relationship ends, you may request the export or deletion of your data by writing to info@konla.net.
8. Messaging channels (Meta)
KCShipping allows you to connect Facebook Pages and other Meta channels to manage conversations with your customers. By connecting these channels, you also agree to comply with the applicable Meta terms and policies (including the Messenger platform policies). You are responsible for the content of the messages you send through your connected Page.
9. Intellectual property
The KCShipping platform, its code, design, trademarks, and content are the property of Konla Corp. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of the business relationship. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership rights in the software to you.
10. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konla Corp's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Konla Corp shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, nor for delays, losses, or damage attributable to carriers or third-party platforms (including Meta).
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Konla Corp may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse, with notice where reasonable. The sections on data, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
